Kumho makes a tire called the Ecsta Spt and is an ultra performance tire. Made in Korea and are a good quality tire at a fair price.

Why are you concerned with the price of a tire if you are driving a sports car? The tires are probably the most important part of the suspension on that car and depending on the way you drive you are only asking for trouble by putting cheap tires on your car.

The Sumitomo HTR H4's I put on my wife's '02 Grand Am are decent and weren't too expensive ($69/tire from Tirerack.com). All depends on what type of performance you are looking for in a tire.
