We got a gas station in MO and my monthly income from in is arround $30,000- $40 grand. I would like to know can i afford lamborgini Gal, Spyder in those bling bling? Do dealers have finance kind of thing? And what is usually the down payment… Please advise…
You should NOT use your income to determine whether or not you can afford something…you should use your net worth to determine that. So….
* Do you have your house paid off?
* Have you have a 6 month emergency fund? Are you covered if you should (heaven forbid) become hospitalized, injured or otherwise unable to work?
* Do you have a retirement fund set up for security in your old age? With that income and a plan to set aside a regular amount, it should be at least 6 figures in size.
When you have these things taken care of, then feel free to blow your money on a car the price of a house. If you don’t, it may be time to grow up and take care of business first before you start to play.
With that type of income, are you debt free? In other words, are you living within your means?
If you have to ask, you can’t afford it ….
